At Tony Bianco, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure your items are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your shoes back in their original Tony Bianco box and secure them inside a mailing satchel to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
